Job Description
Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations at the Saki-Vihar, Andheri (Mumbai) office. The role focuses on sales coordination, client communication, order management, and internal team collaboration, especially within the corporate gifting business.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations
• Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, sample approvals, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update sales data, records, and CRM systems
• Track sales leads, inquiries, and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with operations, production, and procurement teams for smooth order processing
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders and communicate timelines to clients
• Track logistics, dispatch details, and order status accurately
• Maintain accuracy in pricing, specifications, and order documentation
• Handle client communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports for management
• Support sales managers during client meetings with scheduling and documentation
• Coordinate internally with design, inventory, and packaging teams
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication skills and prior experience in corporate gifting sales coordination are essential for this role.
• Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support professional
• Mandatory experience in Corporate Gifting industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic CRM tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure
• Professional attitude with strong client-handling skills
