We are a premier manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel utensils for the global HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafe) industry, serving 36+ countries. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tardeo, Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary relationship manager for our international clientele, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for business growth are maximized. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships to uphold our global reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our international clients to maximize business value.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare detailed quotations, and manage the inquiry-to-quote process efficiently.
• Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster new business relationships.
• Understand client challenges and proactively identify ways our services can better address their needs.
• Seek and identify new sales and business development opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Monitor competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive and client-focused.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain our positive market reputation.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a skilled and professional female candidate with a strong background in international customer service and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and possesses a keen understanding of customer success within an export-oriented manufacturing environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Service Representative, Sales Coordinator, Client Success, or similar.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• This position is open to female candidates only.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for professional communication with international clients.
• Proven ability to handle quotations, client inquiries, and relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
• Must be located near Mumbai Central or able to commute daily to our Tardeo, Mumbai – 34 office.
