Job Description
Vardhman Packaging Solutions, a leading design, printing, and packaging company established in 2009, is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be the vital link between our esteemed clients—including major names like Amazon, Tata, and Reliance—and our internal teams. You will ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to final payment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing customer inquiries and sending initial responses.
• Coordinating with design, technical, and production departments for artwork and sample approvals.
• Managing pre- and post-dispatch customer formalities and documentation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for any complaints and resolving or escalating issues effectively.
• Following up on customer payments as per agreed commercial terms.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Rajlaxmi Complex, Kahler, Bhiwandi.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of sales coordination and business processes. You must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring smooth project flow and timely delivery.
We require:
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or customer coordination role.
• Strong negotiation skills and a clear understanding of fundamental business principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and team interaction.
• A problem-solving attitude to address client complaints and operational issues.
The position offers a monthly salary range of ₹21,887.16 to ₹31,562.54, along with benefits including Provident Fund and cell phone reimbursement.
