We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strategic planning.
• Identifying and developing potential customers while building plans to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Communicating effectively with clients, sending timely quotations, and performing consistent follow-ups.
• Assisting the Sales Manager and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support new customer acquisition.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline status reports to support management decision-making.
• Transitioning customers smoothly to the Technical Services team for post-sales support.
• Managing logistics, payment coordination, dispatch, and delivery in line with customer purchase orders.
• Building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational business results.

• A graduate degree (BSc preferred) or higher qualification such as MBA/PGDM/MF.
• Ability to operate a computer efficiently for day-to-day tasks and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage customer relationships, and handle documentation.
