This role involves engaging with a diverse, high-traffic clientele, driving sales of gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry, and contributing to daily store operations. Key Responsibilities
• Engage customers with a warm, professional approach and provide personalized jewelry recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling.
• Handle end-to-end counter sales and support overall store functioning.
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory; perform quality checks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
• Advise customers on jewelry care, maintenance, and after-sales services.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and the store remains presentable at all times.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in jewelry, gold, diamonds, or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and selling skills.
• Basic understanding of customer handling, marketing, and visual merchandising.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Candidates from the jewelry industry will be highly preferred.
