SPNS Furniture is a leading manufacturer and trader of premium, tailor-made Italian sofas with a robust retail and B2B presence. We are seeking a smart, confident, and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our showroom operations and driving sales growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for luxury furniture with strong business acumen and excellent customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, assist, and provide personalized furniture consultations to walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Present product features and benefits confidently, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage order follow-ups.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring displays are attractive, products are well-presented, and the space is clean and welcoming.
• Proactively engage in B2B lead generation through cold calling and outreach to institutional clients.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and contribute to the company’s digital and social media marketing efforts.
• Coordinate effectively with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Professionally handle customer feedback, resolve any issues, and maintain an updated customer database for relationship management.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with a solid educational background in business and a customer-centric approach to sales. Prior experience in a showroom or luxury retail environment is a significant advantage. This position is open to both male and female candidates.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail showroom management is preferred; experience in furniture or luxury goods is a strong plus. Freshers with relevant skills are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of confidence.
• Proficient in basic digital and social media marketing and knowledgeable about B2B/B2C sales strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage showroom operations effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is preferred.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing on Sinhagad Road, Pune, will be given first preference.
