Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of high-quality weighing products, including industrial weighing scales and weigh bridges, to new and existing clients. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and driving sales growth in a tangible, product-focused market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect, identify, and approach potential clients for weighing scale and weigh bridge solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market visits and gather competitor information to help refine sales strategy.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate or diploma. (Any education background will be considered.)
• Prior experience in field sales, especially in industrial products, hardware, machinery, or weighing equipment, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to succeed in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
• Basic technical understanding or aptitude to learn about weighing products.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Additional Requirement:
