Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by building and managing our dealer and distributor network across key regions. This is a field-intensive role that requires regular travel, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the industrial products sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand a strong dealer and distributor network in regions including Pune, Nashik, Surat, Vapi, and Vadodara.
Conduct regular field visits to meet prospects, onboard new dealers, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market outreach and strategic sales efforts.
Present and promote Padmansha’s range of Digital Pump Controllers with persuasive communication and professional product demonstrations.
Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor insights, to inform business strategy and product positioning.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates on network development and market performance.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with 2–3 years of hands-on field sales experience, ideally within industrial products, electronics, or engineering solutions. The candidate must be self-driven, comfortable with extensive travel, and skilled in building lasting business relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of proven experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in industrial products, electronics, or automation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages as needed.
Strong ability to build, nurture, and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
Valid driving license and willingness to undertake frequent regional travel.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in the pump, controller, or related industrial equipment industry.
Familiarity with markets in Pune, Nashik, Surat, Vapi, Vadodara.
Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Work Location & Travel
