We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the hardware and digital locks industry. Based in Mumbai, this full-time, in-person role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to build and manage dealer networks, generate new business, and consistently achieve sales targets. Candidates with a background in hardware sales are preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through direct engagement with clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing and expanding our existing dealer and retailer network.
• Generating new leads and identifying fresh business opportunities.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer handling.
Skill Requirement

Must-have qualifications:
• Education: MBA or B.Com degree is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Smart, dynamic, and confident personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
• Must be based in Mumbai; relocation to Powai is preferred.
• Willingness to commute or relocate reliably for work.
Preferred experience:
• Experience in the hardware industry or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Freshers with a strong learning attitude and drive are welcome to apply.
• A valid driving license is preferred for client visits and field work.
