Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on managing inbound and outbound leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals. This full-time, permanent role involves understanding client needs, coordinating site visits, and staying updated with the latest property launches and market trends. The position requires effective client engagement and on-ground coordination, particularly in the Moshi area, to facilitate property buying decisions.
Your primary responsibilities will include lead handling, client consultation, and site coordination. Key duties are:
• Handling inbound and outbound real estate leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Understanding customer requirements such as budget, location, property configuration, and purchase purpose.
• Coordinating and conducting site visits with clients and developers in Moshi.
• Staying informed about new project launches, pricing updates, and promotional schemes
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment. Basic knowledge of the local property market and a willingness to travel for site visits are essential.
Must-have qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, lead management, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings, especially in Moshi.
• Comfortable working with digital leads and conducting follow-ups.
Preferred experience:
• Prior experience in real estate sales, particularly in residential property.
• Familiarity with the Pune real estate market, especially the Moshi area.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing leads and CRM systems.
