Job Summary:

Airline Prep School (ALPS) is a premier aviation training institute with a strong presence in Mumbai and Pune. We specialize in training aspiring pilots and cabin crew, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for a successful aviation career.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student outreach, lead generation, and promoting our aviation training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students, providing guidance on our training programs.
Generate leads through online and offline channels.
Build and maintain relationships with students, colleges, and industry professionals.
Conduct counseling sessions to help students make informed career decisions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales and marketing (experience in education or aviation-related sales is a plus).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a genuine passion for interior design and a proven ability to connect with clients. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, a strategic thinker, and a motivated achiever who thrives in a target-oriented, collaborative environment.

Required Experience & Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in interior design sales, with a documented history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to earn client trust.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design trends, materials, furnishings, and products.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong passion for both sales and design aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Details & Benefits:
• Job Type: Full-time, in-person role at our Dhole Patil Road studio.
• Compensation: ₹25,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month, featuring a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
