Learnathon Eduhub LLP is an innovative EdTech platform, part of a reputable group with decades of experience in gems and jewelry education. We are seeking a passionate Business Development Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive individual excited about connecting with potential students and promoting career-oriented educational programs.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective learners, guiding them toward courses that align with their career goals. You will play a key part in driving enrollments and contributing to the company’s growth within the dynamic education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions to explain course benefits and career opportunities.
• Organize and assist in educational events like webinars, seminars, and career talks.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and clients.
• Support the enrollment process, including fee collection and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in sales through counseling. The ideal professional is self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in cold calling.
• Technical: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms like Zoho.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, able to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years in EdTech/student counseling are welcome.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
• Language: Fluency in English (required).
Job Details:
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Andheri East, Mumbai.
