Airline Prep School (ALPS) is a premier aviation training institute with campuses in Mumbai and Pune. We specialize in preparing aspiring pilots and cabin crew for successful careers in aviation. As a Sales Executive in our Mumbai team, you will be a key driver in connecting prospective students with our industry-leading training programs. This role is centered on dynamic outreach, relationship building, and achieving tangible enrollment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with prospective students to guide them through our aviation training programs.
• Generating leads through diverse online and offline channels.
• Building and nurturing relationships with students, colleges, and aviation professionals.
• Conducting informative counseling sessions to help candidates make confident career decisions.
• Achieving defined monthly sales targets to contribute directly to business growth.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven setting and be motivated by the opportunity to shape aviation careers. A background in education or aviation sales is advantageous but not mandatory for a candidate with strong foundational skills.
The required qualifications and skills include:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• A keen interest in sales and marketing; relevant industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to perform and excel in a target-driven work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude and the capability to join the team immediately is preferred.
