Job Description
Varsha Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales/Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial part in the initial sales process by managing inquiries, providing detailed information, and supporting the conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming leads received via phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Understand and assess client requirements to recommend suitable property solutions from our portfolio.
• Educate potential clients on project features, specifications, location advantages, and pricing structures.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits to guide prospects through the customer journey.
This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role is based at our office in Sector 17, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals to grow in the real estate sector.

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Analytical Skill: Ability to understand client needs and match them with appropriate property options.
• Personality: Freshers with strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
