The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, client consultations, and on-site project assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Actively generate new leads and pursue business opportunities within the residential and commercial interior design market.
• Client Engagement & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, including making client calls, conducting detailed site visits, and effectively converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Sales Execution: Apply industry-specific knowledge to understand client needs, present tailored design solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with proven experience in the interior design and execution industry. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential to understand client visions, articulate design service value, and close deals effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Interior Design and Execution Industry.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Strong ability in client consultation, needs assessment, and sales negotiation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for design and aesthetics.
