Aliens Tattoo is a renowned art studio and creative community known for professionalism and deeply personal artistry. We specialize in crafting unique, meaningful tattoo experiences that blend creativity with emotion. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for high-intent clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through consultation to final booking.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and CRM systems.
• Converting enquiries into booked consultations and closing high-value tattoo deals.
• Efficiently using Zoho CRM and Ozonetel dialler for follow-ups and meeting call targets.
• Scheduling, confirming, and following up on client consultation appointments.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects our studio’s creative values.
• Coordinating closely with studio managers and tattoo artists for smooth client handovers.

Success in this role means achieving high conversion rates, consistently exceeding sales targets, and maintaining stellar client satisfaction. We offer a full-time, in-person position with benefits including Provident Fund.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a fluent English communicator with persuasive sales skills and a passion for the creative industry. You must be goal-driven, self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of ownership to handle high-ticket sales in a dynamic environment.

Required skills and competencies include:
• Sales & Communication: Strong persuasive abilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM, Ozonetel dialler, and chat platforms like Gupshup.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, close deals, and manage upselling/cross-selling.
• Client Focus: A customer-first approach and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain clean CRM data, adhere to reporting standards, and ensure zero overdue follow-ups.
