FinnovationZ.com, a leading fintech education platform founded in 2014, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Business Development Executive) to join our team in Malkapur, Buldhana, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, hybrid inside sales role with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off). You will be instrumental in driving our mission to make India financially aware by acquiring new customers and building connections, particularly with students and educational institutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Proactively generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Handling inbound inquiries and making daily cold calls to engage both fresh and existing leads.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers for our financial education programs and products.
• Presenting FinnovationZ’s offerings, such as the “Share Market Mastery Programme” and “Finance Academy,” in a compelling manner to demonstrate their value.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to drive business growth and expand our market reach.
• Accurately documenting all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the ed-tech or B2C sales sector. You must possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for financial education.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development; ed-tech experience is preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience.
• Sales Skills: Proficiency in cold calling, lead qualification, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Technical & Personal Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, use CRM tools, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong passion for education and familiarity with FinnovationZ’s products is highly desirable.
• Attributes: Must be goal-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, and be adaptable.
