Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive growth through direct client engagement and relationship management. In this field-focused role, you will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure high service satisfaction and sustained sales growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets through a mix of in-person visits, strategic communication, and diligent account management.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts by addressing concerns and ensuring overall service quality and satisfaction.
• Conducting regular field visits to clients from a company-provided list to offer personalized, face-to-face service.
• Performing essential administrative duties, including reporting client updates, processing sales orders, and managing payment collections.
• Engaging customers through product demonstrations, maintaining ongoing communication, and consistently meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor to support team and business goals.

You must be self-motivated, comfortable with field work, and possess the discipline to manage both client relations and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proof of strong academic achievement.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing; cold-calling experience is a plus.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid Driving License, with willingness to travel for field work.
• At least 1 year of specific experience in field sales (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client updates, orders, and collections systematically.
