MoneyTree Realty, a rapidly expanding leader in real estate services, is seeking motivated Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, and Sales Managers to join our new branch in Pune. This is a direct sales role where you will be instrumental in driving our growth by building client relationships, promoting premium properties, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced performer, you will have the opportunity to represent a dynamic brand known for its exceptional customer satisfaction and record-breaking growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct detailed property presentations and need analysis for customers, explaining features and investment benefits.
• Follow up on company-provided leads, negotiate deals, and facilitate closures between buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain strong networks with channel partners and clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation, ensuring all client records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Represent the MoneyTree brand professionally, adhering to company service standards and sales guidelines.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for driven, results-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. A positive attitude, own vehicle, and the ability to work independently within a team-focused environment are essential.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, pleasing personality.
• Strong networking, PR, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Own vehicle (Bike/Car) is mandatory for client meetings and territory coverage.
• Out-of-the-box thinking with a proactive, goal-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to understand market trends and work within defined sales processes.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in direct sales or real estate is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
