Skill Requirement
We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a proven track record in the industrial or manufacturing domain. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage both desk and field responsibilities are key to success in this role.
Experience & Domain:
2–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales is required.
Preferred background: Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, or raw material sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads and effectively manage incoming sales enquiries.
Prepare and send quotations, following up persistently to close sales.
Build, maintain, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct regular local field visits for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with a hybrid role involving both office desk work and local field travel.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining records and reports.
Self-driven and target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable industrial product solutions.
