Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This role is centered on the end-to-end sale of residential and commercial properties, from initial client engagement to successful deal closure. You will be responsible for actively marketing properties, understanding client needs, and leveraging market knowledge to facilitate transactions. The position demands a proactive approach to lead generation, exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and sell residential or commercial properties by conducting tours and presenting key features.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, including developers, investors, and buyers.

Proactively generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Negotiate sale terms, including price and conditions, to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Analyse personal sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Ensure all documentation and sales activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You must be self-motivated, persistent, and skilled at building trust with diverse clients. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking for lead generation and the interpersonal skills needed to guide clients through significant financial decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in real estate sales, property marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Strong ability to generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.

Good understanding of local real estate market trends and legal requirements.

Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle efficiently.
