Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with proven real estate experience for a full-time, permanent role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle of premium and ultra-luxury projects, managing high-ticket transactions (₹1 Cr to ₹100 Cr+) for HNI and UHNI clients. This is a target-oriented role that combines active field sourcing with sophisticated client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through proactive sourcing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Handle and convert company-provided leads with a high-touch, consultative approach.
• Understand deep client needs and recommend suitable Lodha residential or commercial projects.
• Manage the entire sales process for high-value transactions, from initial contact to final closure.
• Arrange and conduct detailed site visits, ensuring excellent client experience and follow-up.
• Clearly present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and developers for seamless deal execution.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a confident, presentable professional with a strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate landscape. You must be self-motivated, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. A customer-focused and professional demeanor is essential.
• Attributes: Must be willing to conduct extensive field work, including sourcing, site visits, and client meetings. A result-oriented and self-driven mindset is required.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Mumbai’s premium and luxury real estate market.
• Prior experience dealing with High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) individuals.
• A strong, target-driven performance record.
• Basic understanding of real estate documentation, booking, and registration processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹14,181.50 – ₹48,533.65 per month (Fixed + Attractive Incentives)
