We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic in-store team. This role is pivotal in driving sales, enhancing the shopping experience, and contributing directly to the store’s success. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Professionally greet, engage, and assist customers to provide a welcoming and positive store environment.
• Understand customer requirements and confidently recommend suitable products or services to meet their needs.
• Drive store revenue by proactively achieving and exceeding individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of all product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Manage end-to-end point-of-sale operations, ensuring accurate and efficient billing and checkout processes.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and generate new sales leads, and follow up for repeat business and customer retention.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet overall store performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in seeking out sales opportunities on the shop floor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to the demands of a busy retail setting.
• Must be flexible to work during weekends, public holidays, and as per the retail schedule.
• A positive, customer-first attitude and a collaborative team spirit are essential.
