Job Description
We are a real estate developer launching our first residential project in Karjat and building our founding sales team. This is a unique opportunity to grow with us from the ground up. We are hiring for two key roles: a Sales Manager and a Sales Executive, to drive sales through direct client engagement, channel partners, and digital promotion. Based out of our Fort, Mumbai office, you will work directly with the developer on this exciting new venture.
Sales Manager: Lead sales initiatives, manage channel partners and brokers, and oversee direct customer sales for our Karjat project. Real estate sales experience is mandatory.
Sales Executive (Female only): Handle direct customer inquiries, conduct site visits, and assist in promoting the project through various platforms. Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Core Responsibilities: Promote and sell the residential project via social media, digital platforms, and direct outreach. Handle client site visits to Karjat and collaborate with brokers and channel partners.

For Sales Manager:
• Proven experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing brokers and channel partners.
• Ability to strategize and drive sales performance.
• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month + attractive incentives.
For Sales Executive:
• This position is for female candidates only. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, travel to Karjat for site visits, and actively use digital platforms for promotion.
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + separate incentives.
Common Requirements:
• Ability to work from our Fort, Mumbai office and travel to the Karjat site as needed.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to excel and earn high incentives.
