We are a leading real estate consultancy firm in Pune seeking motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders. This is a full-time, in-person role offering immediate joining for candidates with a passion for real estate sales and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for connecting clients with their ideal properties, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Role):
Sales Executive: Generate leads, conduct property visits, negotiate deals, and close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Manager / Team Leader: Lead a sales team, set targets, conduct training, monitor performance, and strategize to achieve sales goals. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Eligibility: Male / Female candidates with a minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience.
Location: Pune (North: Charholi, Moshi, Chikhali, Dehu | West: Wakad to Ravet)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

Skill Requirement
We are looking for enthusiastic, results-driven professionals who are ready to excel in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Pune real estate market (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the assigned location for client meetings and site visits.
