Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth by building strong relationships with industry professionals, promoting our premium product range, and expanding our presence across Pune and surrounding regions. This position combines B2B sales with strategic relationship marketing in a fast-paced, design-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
• Present product samples, catalogues, and technical specifications to prospective and existing clients.
• Generate and follow up on new leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and exceptional after-sales support.
• Represent Designers Elements at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design preferences.

Skill Requirement

We are seeking a proactive sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the building materials, interiors, or architectural products sector. A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in building materials, interior products, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with Pune’s architecture, interior design, and construction community is advantageous.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

Preferred Attributes
• Experience using CRM software for lead and client management.
• Understanding of interior design trends and material specifications.
• Professional demeanor and strong networking capabilities.
