We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-School and Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment in Viman Nagar, Yerwada. This role is exclusively for female candidates. In this position, you will play a vital role in the early development and care of young children, designing engaging activities and fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere. You will work closely with a dedicated team of educators to inspire creativity and support each child’s holistic growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing creative, developmentally-appropriate lesson plans.
• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for exploration.
• Assessing and monitoring children’s progress and communicating feedback to parents.
• Supporting children’s social and emotional development through positive guidance.
• Organizing and participating in school events and community activities.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and positive classroom learning atmosphere.
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and administration for a cohesive approach.

The required qualifications and skills include:
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A relevant teacher training course (Montessori / ECCE) or nursing background is preferred.
• Strong command of English and Hindi for effective communication.
• Proven ability to manage, patiently care for, and understand the needs of small children.
• Preferred qualifications include 1-6 years of experience in early childcare, nursing, or teaching.
• Basic computer skills for using apps, email correspondence, and MS Office.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
