Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to manage B2B sales of insulating varnishes, impregnation resins, and wire enamels within the electrical and industrial manufacturing sectors. This is a home-based, field-intensive role where you will be the face of our company within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing new business, visiting factories and OEMs, providing technical sales support, and building lasting client relationships to achieve regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the motors, transformers, coil winding, and OEM industries.
Conduct frequent factory visits for application discussions, product sampling, and securing technical approvals.
Achieve and exceed assigned regional sales and business growth targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and handle necessary documentation.
Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, quality control, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales. You must be comfortable with extensive travel, possess strong technical acumen, and have excellent relationship-building skills to succeed in this client-facing role.
Required Experience & Skills:
2–5 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in chemicals, varnishes, paints, or coatings.
Mandatory experience selling directly to factories and OEMs.
Fluent in English; Marathi speaking is mandatory.
Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license for extensive field travel.
Proficient with a laptop/smartphone and strong internet connectivity for remote work.
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with a home-working model with quarterly meetings in Delhi.
