Join BYC Online Retail Pvt Ltd as a Sales Representative, where you will be the driving force behind our corporate apparel sales. In this role, you will manage a dynamic sales pipeline, handling both inbound and outbound B2B leads to convert interest into confirmed orders. Your focus will be on engaging corporate clients and resellers, understanding their branding needs, and offering tailored solutions for T-shirts, polos, and uniforms.

You will take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to order closure, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team for execution. This position is ideal for a persuasive communicator who excels in a target-driven environment and is passionate about building lasting client relationships in the B2B space.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a strong foundation in B2B sales and excellent follow-up skills. Proficiency in managing sales data and a bachelor’s degree are essential for this role.

Education & Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience in field sales or direct sales is required, with a preference for B2B experience.

Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on inbound leads generated from Google Ads, IndiaMart, exhibitions, and referrals.

Pitch and sell corporate apparel including T-shirts, polos, and uniforms.

Understand detailed client requirements (quantity, fabric, logo, delivery timelines).

Prepare and share quotations, negotiating to close orders.

Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Update lead status and maintain accurate follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

Focus on generating repeat and bulk orders from existing clients.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.

Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate product solutions.

Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
