We are looking for a confident and articulate Product Ambassador / Sales Representative to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will be the face of our innovative mobile application, responsible for introducing its features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to explain the app’s functionality in a clear, compelling manner, answer questions, and help clients understand how it can solve their needs or enhance their daily experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is passionate about technology, and can simplify complex concepts into relatable benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present and explain our app’s features, user flow, and unique selling points to clients in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Demonstrate the app live, showcasing key functionalities and addressing client questions effectively.
• Highlight the benefits and value of the app in a way that relates directly to the client’s personal or business needs.
• Follow up with potential clients after presentations to answer additional questions and encourage adoption or purchase.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to help improve the user experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to client engagement, understanding, and conversion.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a proactive communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. You should be tech-savvy, patient, and capable of adapting your explanation style based on the client’s level of familiarity with technology. A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a genuine enthusiasm for our product, will be key to your success.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills—able to explain app features clearly and persuasively.
• Basic to intermediate technical understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present confidently both in person and virtually.
• Willingness to learn in-depth about the app’s functionality, updates, and use cases.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, product demos, or tech advocacy is preferred.
