This permanent, full-time role is focused on driving revenue by selling innovative digital marketing solutions to real estate developers and channel partners. You will be at the forefront of client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with real estate developers and channel partners through research, networking, and field visits.
• Pitch, negotiate, and sell comprehensive digital marketing solutions, including lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and media plans, closing high-value deals and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
• Manage and grow client relationships post-sale, focusing on retention, upselling, and generating referrals to exceed sales targets.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a target-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and digital marketing. You must be a confident communicator with a proven ability to understand client needs and close B2B deals independently. A basic knowledge of digital marketing is essential for success in this role.
• Minimum 1 year of total work experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and a strong interest in the real estate sector.
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and stakeholder management in Mumbai.
