Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive high-value B2B sales growth across India. This senior individual contributor role is designed for a self-driven professional who excels in taking complete ownership—from nurturing elite client relationships to closing premium and bespoke projects. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the premium residential, hospitality, commercial, and luxury segments while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing and consistently achieving personal monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with top architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and OEMs.
• Leading high-value client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to drive project closures.
• Developing compelling proposals, negotiating pricing, and securing premium orders.
• Maintaining a disciplined and robust opportunity pipeline with regular CRM updates.
• Identifying new clients, project opportunities, and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Traveling as required for key account meetings and high-value order closures.
• Supporting Sales Executives and BDEs with complex client negotiations and presentations.
• Coordinating closely with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client communication.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in premium B2B environments. You must possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to operate independently while driving revenue growth.

Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in interiors, laminates, veneers, hardware, tiles, furniture, or luxury materials.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-value market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage and grow high-value accounts.
• Experience in wall finishes, building materials, or architectural products is preferred.
• Candidates with their own laptop and two/four-wheeler will be prioritized.
