In this role, you will be a vital part of our showroom sales team, responsible for the end-to-end customer sales journey. Your primary focus will be to engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them towards a purchase by providing exceptional product knowledge and service. You will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive and informative experience at our dealership.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Attending to customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable two-wheeler options.
• Providing detailed product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and conducting vehicle demonstrations.
• Noting and managing sales enquiries meticulously in the system for accurate tracking.
• Following up proactively with potential customers via calls and messages to convert enquiries into sales.
• Preparing and submitting daily sales reports and providing regular feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends and customer responses.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a two-wheeler dealership or automotive showroom.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical features simply and persuasively.
• Strong ability in customer follow-up, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintaining digital enquiry records and preparing daily reports in Excel/Word.
• A keen interest in automobiles, with up-to-date knowledge of the two-wheeler models in the showroom and their competitors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet individual sales targets consistently.
