Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior projects from planning to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of interior detailing, quality control, site management, and coordination with contractors and agencies. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards through effective supervision, scheduling, and on-site problem-solving.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supervising interior sites, managing contractors, and coordinating all on-site agencies.
• Preparing shop drawings, taking site measurements, and creating project work schedules.
• Assigning tasks to carpenters and factory teams based on project priorities.
• Monitoring work progress at both the site and factory, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure finishing meets set standards.
• Reviewing plans and drawings, and advising on practical execution aspects.
• Collaborating with clients, designers, and other professionals to align project briefs.
• Ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time frame and budget.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive supervisor with a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge of interior execution, and hands-on experience in AutoCAD for layouts and shop drawings. You must be comfortable with on-site coordination, travel, and managing multiple project timelines.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of total work experience in interior project execution and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating layouts, designs, and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishing, and quality control standards.
• Ability to manage contractors, carpenters, and on-site teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits and supervision.
• Day shift availability and strong problem-solving abilities.
