Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design execution at various project locations. The successful candidate will be the primary on-site representative, ensuring that all construction and finishing work adheres strictly to design plans, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires vigilant monitoring, effective communication, and hands-on coordination to ensure flawless project delivery from start to finish.
Your primary duties will include:
• Conducting regular visits to multiple project sites to monitor the progress and quality of interior work.
• Ensuring all on-site activities comply with design specifications, approved materials, and quality guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate daily logs of worker attendance, task completion, and any site-related issues.
• Overseeing the delivery, storage, and efficient utilization of materials on-site, reporting shortages promptly.
• Providing clear and timely updates to the management team on project status, including risks or delays.
• Resolving on-site issues, conflicts, or disputes swiftly to minimize disruption and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of site activities, incidents, and communications for accountability and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong site management skills, a keen eye for design and quality, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of working independently across multiple locations.
We are looking for:
• A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent on-site coordination, supervision, and quality control skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Proficiency in maintaining logs, reports, and site documentation.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with workers, management, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel frequently across project sites in Mumbai.
