Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing professional to lead and execute our online strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing performance, and enhancing our brand’s presence. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring you to oversee consultants, create compelling content, and explore new avenues in digital branding to drive measurable results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning, executing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
Continuously monitoring and optimizing performance across all digital channels (SEO, SMM, GMB, etc.).
Creating engaging and strategic content to support marketing and branding objectives.
Managing overall branding initiatives and Online Travel Agency (OTA) marketing efforts.
Supervising and coordinating with consultants specializing in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Overseeing email marketing campaigns and tele-calling initiatives for lead generation.
Facilitating client visits and actively participating in sales calls and meetings.
Researching and implementing innovative, new-age marketing and branding strategies.
Skill Requirement
The successful candidate will be a proactive marketer with a proven track record in digital channels, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities. You should be adept at both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
The required qualifications are:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on job experience in the Digital Marketing field.
Proven expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google My Business (GMB), and related tools.
Experience in marketing or sales (2 years preferred).
Strong skills in campaign management, channel optimization, and content creation.
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Ability to supervise teams and coordinate with external consultants effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 50%).
Preferred location is near Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
