You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling social media strategies that inform, entertain, and connect with our audience.
Your key duties will include:
• Conceptualizing and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Gaining deep product knowledge to develop educational content about usage and applications.
• Building a community by actively responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations.
• Monitoring brand mentions and curating user-generated content to enhance audience connection.
• Collaborating with industry influencers for promotional campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategy.
• Staying updated with the latest social media trends, features, and platform updates.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a foundation in marketing or media, ready to contribute to our brand’s digital growth. This role requires a blend of creative content creation skills, strategic thinking, and community management to effectively promote our gourmet products in the digital space.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Mass Media (BMM).
• 0-2 years of experience in a social media or content creation role.
• A portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns or content work.
• Thorough knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Good video editing skills with an understanding of software like Premier Pro or InShot.
• Sound knowledge of influencer marketing and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding copywriting skills are a strong advantage.
• Basic customer service and good time management abilities.
