Job Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Marine Lines, Mumbai. This is an on-site role where you will be instrumental in building and managing our online brand presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and executing strategies to grow our audience and enhance our brand voice across key social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage social media calendars, including grid planning, story planning, and festive content schedules.
• Create and edit visual content (images, videos, WhatsApp creatives, banners).
• Monitor, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Execute basic paid promotions, lead ads, and boost posts to increase reach.
• Shoot and edit customer testimonials and assist with product/event photography.
• Handle PR activities, including sourcing queries and coordinating content uploads.
• Manage social media performance analytics and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain organized records of all activities and content in Excel and Google Drive.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and creative professional with proven experience in social media management. You should have a strong grasp of current trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media handling and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite) and design tools (Canva).
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage a content calendar.
