Job Description
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, responsible for ideating, creating, and publishing engaging content across key platforms. You will act as the direct voice of the brand, fostering community engagement, analyzing performance data, and staying ahead of digital trends to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching trends, brainstorming ideas, and creating diverse content (copy, graphics via Canva, short-form videos).
Acting as the “voice of the brand” by actively responding to comments and direct messages to build audience loyalty.
Managing a content calendar and using scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting at optimal times.
Monitoring key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and preparing reports to analyze content effectiveness.
Staying updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and viral trends to keep the brand’s strategy current.
Assisting with the execution of paid advertising campaigns, including managing small budgets and tracking ROI.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a digitally native, creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset and a passion for community building. You should be proficient in social media management and basic content creation tools.
The required qualifications are:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Deep understanding of major social platforms (especially Meta Suite and LinkedIn) and their audience behaviors.
Basic proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or mobile video editors.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Analytical ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organized approach to work.
