Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our on-site marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Pune—remote or hybrid applicants will not be considered. You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, telling our story in the healthcare space, and engaging meaningfully with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
Build, manage, and grow the brand’s online community through consistent interaction and responsive engagement.
Plan and execute integrated social media and digital campaigns aligned with brand awareness and service promotion objectives.
Track social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and prepare actionable insights to optimize strategy.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all content supports broader brand and business goals.
Design and execute healthcare awareness campaigns, promotional posts, stories, and reels.
Support both online and offline marketing initiatives with creative digital content.
Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to enhance engagement and expand brand reach.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
Strong portfolio or examples showcasing content creation skills.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong passion for and knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Proficiency in content creation with a basic understanding of social media analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva, and analytics platforms (preferred).
Creative mindset with a strong visual storytelling ability.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must be based in Pune and available for a full-time, on-site role.
Passionate about content creation and communicating healthcare-related topics sensitively and effectively.
Basic design or video editing skills are advantageous.
