SkillSphere Education, a pan-Asia leader in 21st-century skill development, seeks a full-time Soft Skills Trainer based in Mumbai. In this hybrid role (on-site + remote), you will deliver our flagship training programs in public speaking, Model UN, quizzing, and soft skills to students in partner schools. You will be an integral part of our mission to refine skills and define futures, working closely with a dynamic team to create meaningful educational impact.
• Position: Full-time Soft Skills Trainer (Hybrid: On-Site + Remote)
• Location: Mumbai-based, with travel to various city schools and occasional outstation workshops (6-8 days/month).
• Core Responsibilities: Conduct high-quality offline/online training sessions across SkillSphere’s programs (SuperSpeakers, Enlighten MUN, Global Quizards, etc.).
• Content & Reporting: Support the Content Team in curriculum development and assist the Reporting Team by preparing student reports and managing workshop documentation.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly strategy meetings at our Andheri (E) head office and work closely with organizational leadership.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a confident and passionate individual with strong public speaking and group facilitation skills. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can engage with diverse age groups, possesses good content writing/editing abilities, and has a keen awareness of current affairs and youth trends. A collaborative spirit, proficiency with AI tools, and alignment with our growth vision are essential.
• Mandatory Skills: Exceptional public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate groups of all ages.
• Content & Tech Proficiency: Strong content writing/editing capability and familiarity with AI tools for educational purposes.
• Knowledge & Attitude: Passion for education, general awareness of current events and global issues, and a team-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Experience: At least 1 year of total work experience is preferred. Experience in an educational setting (school, training institute) is a significant advantage.
• Logistics: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, with the ability to travel locally and occasionally outstation.
