As a Baan ERP/Infor ERP LN Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our industry-leading software suites. You will be responsible for the maintenance, customization, and technical support of various versions of Infor ERP LN applications, ensuring our clients’ systems operate efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage deliverables, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and enhance Baan/LN ERP modules according to specific customer requirements and business processes.
• Provide expert technical support by handling and resolving customer support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed technical designs, and lead or contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom reports to meet client reporting and data analysis needs.
• Communicate technical issues, project updates, key insights, and findings effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, functionality, and overall value delivered to the customer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven professional experience (2-4 years) as a Baan Developer or Technical Consultant.
• In-depth working knowledge of key Baan/LN functional modules such as Sales, Service, Purchasing, and Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale customization projects involving modifications to standard Baan ERP source code.
• Strong expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, with a focus on database performance tuning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of deliverables, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate for creating training materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
• Experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation to support engaging learning experiences.
• Understanding of assessment and evaluation methodologies within a learning and development context.
