We are seeking a motivated Solar Sales Executive to drive our renewable energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will be the face of our company, identifying potential clients and guiding them through their transition to solar power. Your core mission will be to generate new business, understand customer energy needs, and propose tailored solar systems that provide value and sustainability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Generating leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital channels.
• Conducting site surveys to assess suitability and understand specific customer requirements.
• Preparing compelling quotations, proposals, and coordinating on initial system designs with the technical team.
• Following up with prospects diligently to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinating seamlessly with installation and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships to foster repeat and referral business.

• Proficiency in maintaining daily sales reports, visit logs, and a structured customer database.
• Up-to-date knowledge of solar products, market trends, and relevant government policies.
• Must be available for in-person work at the designated location.
