We are conducting a Walk-in Drive to hire a dedicated Special Educator for our Kalyan Campus. This is a full-time opportunity for an educator passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Design:
• Applies knowledge of learning theory, content, and pedagogy.
• Designs coherent lessons with relevant objectives for all learners.
• Plans effective instruction and uses resources skillfully.
• Creates and implements quality assessments.
2. Learning Environment:
• Promotes respect, positive relationships, and a supportive learning culture.
• Manages classroom structures and supports positive student behavior.
3. Learning Experiences:
• Communicates learning goals and purpose clearly.
• Engages students actively and facilitates discussions to deepen understanding.
• Continuously assesses student learning and provides responsive support.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled educator committed to inclusive education. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of special education principles and a demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
Required Qualifications:
• Mandatory Educational Qualification: Diploma in Special Education OR B.A. in Psychology OR M.A. in Psychology OR B.Ed. OR ECCED.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Location: This position is based at our Kalyan Campus (in-person).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized educational strategies.
Walk-in Drive & Application Details:
• Date: 10-01-2026
• Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Venue: TGAA, KDMC Water Tank Road, near MANGESHI CITY, Kolivali, Khadakpada, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301.
• CTC Range: ₹27,000 to ₹33,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance). The job posting also mentions a wider pay range of ₹29,000.09 – ₹45,000.00 per month.
