Job Description
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare while supervising and guiding nursing staff. You will ensure the provision of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately record and monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Ensure strict compliance with clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and documentation protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance care standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering education, support, and clear guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc), GNM, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Maharashtra state nursing license.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare environment.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and proficient patient care skills.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team supervision capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare workplace.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
