Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our Robotics and Coding program within partner schools. This full-time, on-site role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of our Innovation Lab curriculum. You will be responsible for managing a team of teachers, acting as the key liaison between our company (Head Office) and school administration, and ensuring educational excellence and program integrity during school hours.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of program delivery, teacher support, and curriculum development. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing, training, and providing daily correspondence with assigned teachers to ensure high-quality class delivery.
• Preparing and submitting detailed daily reports to Head Office on class progress, teacher performance, and school feedback.
• Resolving operational challenges faced by teachers and ensuring strict adherence to school rules and program schedules.
• Making regular visits to assigned schools to coordinate with principals and staff, ensuring program alignment and smooth operation.
• Designing and developing engaging curriculum resources, including books and videos for AI, Coding, and Robotics using tools like Canva.
• Conducting specialized classes for students and delegating the creation of promotional (PR) materials to the teaching team.
• Aiding in marketing initiatives to onboard new schools and promote the program to potential partners.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and leader with a passion for STEM education and strong organizational skills. You must be adept at problem-solving, teacher management, and curriculum design, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external school stakeholders.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Proven experience in program coordination, teacher management, or a similar educational operational role.
• Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, or related STEM fields, with the ability to develop curriculum.
• Proficiency in using design and productivity software like Canva for creating educational resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with teachers, school authorities, and Head Office.
• Highly organized, with the ability to delegate tasks, prepare reports, and manage multiple schools simultaneously.
