Job Description
We are looking for a courteous and proactive Restaurant Host & Operations Support to manage the front-of-house guest experience and oversee essential housekeeping duties. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed about the menu offerings. Additionally, you will supervise housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant dining environment at all times.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them through the menu, and accurately taking food orders.
• Ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience by attentively addressing guest needs and preferences.
• Supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance tasks.
• Overseeing the setup and upkeep of dining areas, including table arrangement, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Monitoring and maintaining restroom cleanliness, floor hygiene, and overall restaurant tidiness.
• Assisting in inventory checks for cleaning supplies and coordinating restocking as needed.
• Supporting the service team during peak hours to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
