Job Description
The Store Executive is a pivotal role in ensuring the store’s operational success and customer satisfaction. This position involves managing day-to-day store activities, implementing strategies to boost sales, and upholding high standards of customer service and store presentation. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Executive will play a hands-on role in inventory management, staff supervision, and financial handling to ensure smooth and profitable store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment.
Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales by implementing promotional strategies and providing exceptional customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate timely restocking to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Team Supervision: Train, guide, and supervise store staff to ensure adherence to company standards and improve team performance.
Financial Handling: Manage cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle daily cash reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports. Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
