Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Store Executive to join our retail team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. Your day-to-day duties will include sales assistance, billing, store upkeep, and supporting daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product information to assist in selection.
• Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, pleasant, and helpful in-store environment.
• Accurately handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions at the point of sale.
• Maintain store presentation, including product display, shelf refilling, and overall cleanliness.
• Perform basic inventory management, such as daily stock checks and coordinating with the manager for replenishment.
• Politely address customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and adhere to all store policies and guidelines.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a presentable, polite, and energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service. The ability to work in shifts and handle retail operations efficiently is key to this role.
Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass; any graduate is welcome.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or store operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and digital payment systems.
• Presentable appearance and a polite, helpful demeanor.
• Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts as per store requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred for operational tasks.
