Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage the store and inventory operations at our diagnostic centre in Andheri, Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role is critical for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of laboratory reagents, consumables, equipment, and general supplies. You will own the entire procurement process, from vendor coordination to stock control, while ensuring strict compliance with quality and audit standards like NABL and ISO.
• Manage complete store operations, including inventory control, inward/outward stock, and maintaining accurate records to prevent stock-outs or expiry issues.
• Handle end-to-end procurement, from generating purchase orders to negotiating rates with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of all lab materials.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all stock movements, purchase orders, and vendor agreements to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Coordinate closely with laboratory, radiology, and accounts departments for material planning, issue resolution, and cost control initiatives.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate or diploma holder in Store/Supply Chain Management with 3-5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a diagnostic, hospital, or laboratory setting. You must possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Executive, with prior experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital strongly preferred.
• Complete knowledge of procurement, inventory management (FIFO/FEFO), and vendor coordination.
• Strong skills in documentation, negotiation, time management, and MS Excel.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining compliance with NABL/ISO standards.
